[DML] Car Wobbles / Fishtails when shifting!

Last month I was having an issue of a loud THUMP noise occuring when I shifted gears. That is now gone mysteriously, but I have another issue...

When I shift gears, my car wobbles or fishtails a bit. Kinda like weight is moving. Let me explain... When I push in the clutch, the entire frame of the car jolts to the right. When I pop out the clutch and accelatare in gear, the car does the same motion but to the left. It almost feels like the car is fishtailing. Lower gears it's worse. In fact I almost lost control the other night and the jolting to the left side was so violent.

I have to replace my motor mounts but I doubt that's it. Any ideas? I'm having the car serviced by a reputable shop this month but I'm kinda curious.
