Not sure if my was the best. What I did was buy a single-DIN sized radio and used a Dremel tool to enlarge the faceplate area to accomodate the size. You need to be careful while doing this as it leaves the edges pretty thin. Masking tape will help to ensure that you do not harm the black finish too. Then I used a Delorean wiring diagram to connect the new radio's harness to the stock wiring. This will allow a really clean installation and choice of many radios.
