Can't do much with the port. From what I heard, it was intended to be a crude diagnostics port but the rest of the system (like the reader) was never made. It is located on the driver's side down below the distributor. One of the wires on it can be used to attach to a dwell meter so you can set your air/fuel ratio. Another wire went to a hall-effect sensor on the driver's side of the flywheel. I don't recall which wires are for what, though. Been a long time since I was in there. I think I just removed the whole thing when I had my engine out a few years ago since it's basically useless.
