I hope you filed a police report. Can you make a list of the delorean people that came to the house? I had a party with a small group of friends and at the end of the night a valuable item (antique diary from 1872) that I had shown to my friends was stolen. It does happen. Get a police report filed and do your investigative work. Maybe you can offer a trade to the thief if he is on this list. You get the stuff mailed back to you anonymously and no charges are pressed. If you don't get them back, it's an act of war. You will find this person eventually and they will pay the price.
