The DeLorean is owned by Ed and Millie Bernstein, the owners of DeLorean One. I had purchased something from them, and they told me about their car being used in the Castle episode; however, they said they weren't certain that it wouldn't be cut from the broadcasted episode. I guess the clip survived.
