Interesting.  My DeLorean is insured with State Farm and I didn't get a 
cancellation notice...

Got a general cancelation letter today from State Farm. They canceled my DMC 
insurance effective 10/1/10 and sent me a refund on my premium. I called my 
agent who then called the underwriters. Ready for this... "your insurance was 
canceled because there are no more parts available for Deloreans and if a light 
swtich or screw or other part breaks, the car will be totalled".

Well, after laughing in their face for 5 minutes straight I explained to them 
about that whole myth. They didn't beleive me. I gave them the numbers to all 
the big DMC shops in the country. They are going to call the shops and verify 
there are parts still available and then reistate my policy.

Are people this stupid?
