Hard to guess at an electrical problem like this. Possibilities include: Headlight switch Relay Wiring Blown low beam filaments in BOTH headlights You are going to have to get a meter and start looking. Does the low relay click? That can give you a hint as to where to look. You can also try switch the high and low beam relays.
