Just get the best windshield urethane adhesive you can find (from a glass shop!) clean it up really well, and follow directions on the tube. You'll need to rig up something to hold the glass in place while the glue dries. Wood sticks work. For best results it's easier with the quarter panel off the car, but not all that necessary.
