Likewise Joe, my DCS Vegas "group photo" was used in their magazine and I
received no credit for being the photographer.   Guess I shouldn't feel bad
that I was the only one taken advantage of, but knowing it was done to
others too makes them look even worse.   The DOA should issue a formal
apology and give proper credit where due to the photographers.  

I am sure the response will be that "it was not your photo" because the one
shown was from Ken Koncelik's camera, but I am the photographer who TOOK the
photo for Ken (ownership of the physical camera makes no difference).   I am
the composed the shot, coordinated the crowd, and took the shots.  Seeing
the name of the magazine's "editor/art director"  I am not surprised that
none of my photos were used or that my name was cut out of the credits, but
again, I would like an apology and proper credit given (I probably shouldn't
hold my breath waiting for it though...)

So Josh is no longer President?  And they have three Vice Presidents?
Sounds to me like some people are still on a power trip and reluctant to
give up their hold on things.  Oh well...  I guess the DOA is still a mess.
Too bad.  I assumed Josh would help bring a healthy balance to the
organization.  Apparently they didn't like his ideas (and my photos)?   

Thankfully we have lots of very successful regional clubs that will keep the
Delorean marquee going strong in light of the DOA continuing to fail.

Last I heard Josh wasn't exactly president but one of the three vice
presidents.Seriously.. three vp's for the small club. Regardless I wasn't
given photo credits in the latest issue for my pics from vegas and even if
Ken Baker was busy doing the entire mag by him self I told him and the board
I would help out if they asked me. But I guess they forgot about me, one
person that wants to help the doa get back to where it used to be. But guess
what.. I'm not joining up again when it comes time for my dues. waste of
money!
