Dave, Yes this is the case in Wisconsin as well. In ounties which are not subject to the Clean Air Act gas stations can can sell gas which is not formulated to contain ethanol. So essentially if that county requires emmissions testing, that county is required to sell gas mixed with Ethanol, if not you can get good 'ol gas. All of the counties in S.E. Wisconson require emmissions testing (closest to you). The nearest county where non-reformulated gas is available is Jefferson County which is about 30 minutes west of Milwaukee. If you take I-94 west out of Milwaukee, the first exit where you can find it is the County Hwy F (Sullivan/Ixonia) exit; the BP station right on the exit sells it. Is there anyone else outside of Minneapolis/ St Paul who has seen non-Ethanol gas (not racing gas!) for sale?
