How long is "long term"? You really should change fluid every 2 years, but most people never change it out until a caliper is serviced or something goes wrong, which could be a decade or more. So the standard Castrol Low Moisture Absorption (the fluid recommended by Girling) has a maximum recommended life of 2 years, but you can get more. -- Mike -------------- Original message from Cecil Longwisch <dmc82@xxxxxxxxxxx>: -------------- > > What is the current thought on the "best" brake and clutch fluid for long term storage of a DeLorean? ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
