David, I have to disagree with you on the subject that one can't back up with a tow dolly and car. In my younger years I have been in the towing business and used a towing dolly. I even could back up with the combination, though it's a very difficult job and one needs more space for manoeuvering. My advice is if one never has done that before, don't try it if time is a factor.
