I would attack that rust first. Give those nuts/studs numerous applications of PB Bclaster and you might get lucky. Good luck. The head gaskets are fine so I have no need to remove the cylinder heads. In the cramped confines of the engine bay, what are the preferred methods of removing the exhaust manifolds? The fasteners are pretty badly rusted. I'm betting that the studs will come out rather than the nuts coming loose from the studs. Advice is appreciated. > > Rich A. > #5335 > > > > ------------------------------------ > > To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: > moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx > > For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com > > To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
