I had considered bidding on this car myself, however the price went higher than I wanted.

The milage seemed to be an issue as they claimed over and over that it was just a clerical mistake

and did not have that many miles.

If it really does have that many, it looks pretty good!!

Considering the service history you could have asked us first :) The car
belonged to an architect who lived in N.Y.City and was well cared for. You
should know however that when we last serviced the car in 1998 it had one
hundred seventy six thousand N.YC. miles on it which partially explains the
heavy service history. The mileage therefore is correct as the title states
181K. I hope this gets to you in time to matter. The auction goes off in
thirty minutes.

Hello everyone,

After disappearing for several years I am now back and in the market for my
first DeLorean purchase. I noticed Vin# SCEDT26T3BD001408 is listed on Ebay
and I am very interested in this car. Does anyone have access to carfax or
know anything about this car?

It is an 81, manual, black leather, listed in Worcester, MA. The seller
says it has been serviced by PJ Grady and that he has $35,000 in receipts to
back it up. It really sounds like a good deal and I am interested in
bidding. It ends in about 3 hours and I thought I would check here to see
if anyone knows anything about it.
