I blew a fan belt on my way to work today. The engine temp rose quickly and the battery indicator light when on shorter thereafter. I pulled over, turned off the car and called a tow truck to tow the car back home. As luck would have it, I ordered several parts for my car a week ago. A new fan belt was among the parts I ordered. I should have the parts any day now. Q: Can I install the fan belt myself? Are any tools required or can the belt be stretched slightly to fit in place? Many thanks!
