Yes, I am referring to the red plastic hose that runs from the clutch master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder. You should not have to replace the rotors. Worst case, I would try a light cut to true them up and if they are bad then you an replace the bad ones. As long as you are working on the brakes and you have to bleed them you just as well should replace all of the hoses. The pads should only be replaced if worn.
