Yes! The pistons and cams are available from DMCEurope, www.deloreaneurope.com. No problems ordering from and shipping to the states. And of course the exhaust is from any one of your friendly local DMC dealers. The crankshaft balancing, flywheel lightening, and head work you need to get done at a good machine shop which knows what they are doing. The people who did mine build race engines. That shop work wasn't cheap. The throttle plates I did myself. Then you just reassemble all the parts and you have a new engine!
