David, Swap positions of the T/S harness?s and see if the right side now has the problem. If it does, and it probably will, you need to replace the harness. It is a problem area and so this is very common especially after disturbing the assembly to change a bulb. Although you have to replace it as a T/S Lamp & Harness Asm, (100784 - $26.57) now the good news is the assembly is cheaper than the harness/socket (106286) used to be. We stock it and I?m sure the other Delorean shops do too. Don?t cut it out however just remove the grille and unplug them. Also before condemning the harness try cleaning the plug in connectors as they are prone to corrosion. It is not sensing that there is a bulb in the front left socket. When you put the left turn signal 'on' it blinks rapidly (as in when the bulb is missing or when the bulb is burnt out). The thing is, I have a bulb. I put in a new bulb and also switched the bulb to the right side and it works. So the bulb is not the problem. The parking light fillament (dim one) illuminates, but no matter what I do the blinker fillament (bright) will not illuminate. The socket is clean, no corrosion and the wires are in great shape. This is driving me nuts. Any ideas? Should I just cut out and put in a new socket? No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG.
