It's not because nobody can't, it's because the cost involved. Martin and John both have their "upgrades" and those upgrades promise to do the job. However sometimes one wants something that can turn out to be priceless. That's also true for better (read electronic) angle drives. As an example I refer to my - still ongoing - project for larger look alike wheels. Lots of talk, lots of applause, but when it comes to putting money into projects like these only a few are "home" and prepared to really help. Fortunately guys like John do not only talk about it, but make some of the wanted products come true. I assume we just have to wait until somebody tells us he's done it!
