Remove the upper panel (trim board) of the luggage area behind the 
seats. It's four screws holding net inner clips and then carefully take 
out the panel. Underneath you will find the nuts that secure the hinges.

Some of these panels have velcro strips at the edges and in the middle 
near the window to keep the in place. Work your fingers under the panel 
and pry them loose this way.
