I would not think it is likely to be a bad accumulator. When they go bad they usually affect a hot restart, not a cold start. Especially after sitting for a few days. IMHO it is most likely a problem with the cold start system but it could also be an ignition problem like worn spark plugs and bad wires. Most Deloreans will not hold rest pressure "for a few days". Rest pressure is only necessary to be maintained until the motor cools enough so the cold start system will operate.
