Bob, I am not sure what you meant to address in your post or maybe if you mis read mine. The parade which we have all done for years is Dec 6th. I posted that weeks ago. It not any single clubs event and has awlays been open to everyone. We have done it for years. I also posted a while ago several of us were planning to go to Atlantic City the night before the parade and have dinner and get-together and that anyone who wishes to come was more than welcome. I arranged that to simply get some people together and offer the chance to socialize before the parade since its the people as much as the cars that makes Delorean ownership enjoyable. Just yesterday I read the DMA is now planning a dinner the week after the parade in the same place I posted we were going to meet and have dinner. I simply said this seems curious to me when there is a parade event the weekend before which has taken place for years and also a trip to AC already planned. Dont you agree that it seems odd to plan another event in the same place a week later? My only point was it seems more logical to me to have one get-together with a then even bigger group especially since most people travel a great distance to get here. To put it in perspective if I was running a club I wouldnt plan to have a get-togther a week after DCS Gettysburg in Gettysburg. LOL I would have it during the same weekend. That was my only point and question. I am simply planning and organizing the same event I have done for years so people can get together and have fun which everyone is welcome to attend as awlays. Just didnt make sense to me for people to drive (sometimes several hours) to the same place twice in one week. I was just questioning why someone would think that makes sense espeically with the distance involved for most people. Anyway hope that clears it up.
