Well, it's been fun. But work's sending me overseas, so (alas) the Delorean needs to go. I've had it for 8 years with no major issues to report. The basics: Year: 1981 w/gas-flap hood Tranny: 5-speed Interior: Black Paint: Not bloody likely =) Current location: Northern Virginia (Ashburn) Upgrades: * Alternator replaced * Fanzilla * Oil pressure sender replaced (it's now accurate) * Braided steel clutch/brake lines Exterior of the car is about a 7 out of 10, as is the interior. no real trauma inside, but the seats needs recovering. Overall, it probably needs a maybe 3-5 thousand dollars worth of work to be really nice. Any parts I pulled off the car (such as the inaccurate oil sender) I've kept. Also included are the shop manual, some back issues of Delorean World magazine, and an original black side stripe which I purchased but never got around to installing. Happy to answer any questions.
