It may be of no use as Im not sure of the U.S regulations on tyres but there
is a company over here selling tyres.  We are discussing it at the minute on
the Delorean Ireland forum.

That is actually incorrect. Copper still makes the Cobra GT in the
appropriate sizes. They just don't offer a rear tire with the same
Raise White Lettering as the fronts. So you need to flip all 4 tires
around to make the sidewalls match. It's still the same exact tire,
with the same tread, sidewalls, specifications, etc. If you look at
their complete tire specifications, you'll see what I mean.
