Matt, As much I would want that to be true, machining costs in Poland are high. The prices are lower than those in the US, but not that much lower. From what I know average price is around $100 per hour. Current exchange rate is killing all the profits.... BTW, gas is about $8 a gallon ;) Molds are a different story...
