[DML] VACUUM ACTUATORS

This may sound like an easy question, but I have searched the parts manual and the service manual and cannot find an definitive answer.

On page N:08:02 of the service manual is a figure of the A/C and heating unit.  There are three actuators on the left side.  The top one mounted horizonally is for the screen flap.  There are two that are mounted vertically.  They control the upper and lower mode flaps and the face level vent flap.  Can someone verify the the top one controls the lower mode flap and the lower actuator controls the upper mode flap and face level vent flap.  Thanks.
