What kind of relay setup do you have? (look where the blue socket is). In any case probably a sticky/stuck fan relay. If the car is stock it's the relay next to the blue one in the relay compartment. If someone has modified the wiring all bets are off. I've seen cars with the fans hard-wired a bunch a different ways.
