Dear moderator... I know you wanted to end this thread but this 
response is twisting my comment into something I did not mean.  
Please let me clarify to the list.

No, no, no!

I am not implying what you said at all! 

The point is, the franchises buy at a discount (and so they should) 
and the shops that buy at that discount have to be setup or approved 
by Houston (they should have the right)

Im sure if anyone (repair shop or owner) wants to buy at the normal 
customer price they could.
