The cooling fans only have 1 speed. They are both controled by: 1) the Otterstadt switch in the coolant pipe left, rear engine bay 2) the A/C compressor circuit If the fans are running constantly a relay could be bad, the otterstadt switch could be stuck, or the A/C compressor always runs without cycling. Turn off the A/C. If the fans still do not cycle pull the wires off the otterstadt switch. If that doesn't stop the fans there is a wiring fault or a bad relay. If they do stop the switch is bad. Anyways, I was wondering if it is maybe a relay problem.
