[DML] DCS Registration - Dinner Wristbands

All:  Please note that there will be STRICTLY ENFORCED checking of
registration at the dinners for this year's Delorean Car Show in Gettysburg.

Due to significant complications at DCS06 with food shortages and "show
crashers", the dinner system has been modified to use wristbands that you
need to wear for the entire duration of the show.  These wristbands are
specifically designed to be worn for several days and should remain on your
wrist at all times.   The wristbands will not be adversely effected by the
water, and are safe to be worn in the pool and while showering.

For the DCS dinners, these wristbands will be monitored and checked at each
dinner and as you approach the food tables to ensure that you are a
registered and paid attendee.   This system will also ensure that all
persons attending dinners receive a first helping of food at the buffet
lines before secondary servings are permitted. 

Wristbands will be issued during registration check-in and are coded to
match your registration ID and Nametags.   Registration desk volunteers will
assist in properly applying your wristband to be worn for the week.

We ask for your patience, cooperation, and understanding to avoid
complications at this years show.   Please obey the rules of the wristbands
and be courteous to the people who have VOLUNTEERED time out from their own
dinners to monitor them.  If you are an attendee at the show who witnesses
another individual abusing the registration system, we ask that you please
bring it to the attention of a DCS volunteer, or the show coordinators
