Yes it is good. Oil doesn't break down like synthetic.

I bought a case of motor oil about 5 years ago, and did an oil change on my
car (one and only time I did it myself). I still have 5 quarts of oil
left. Is it still good? With the price of oil going up, I think I should
put it to better use then just sitting around by doing another oil change on
