[DML] Re: Inline diode to ECU bad????

Most of your ohm meters have a range marked with diode symbol. Mine
is the 2 Kohm range. When you test a diode with this range you read
the forward voltage drop of the diode. Typically 0.6 to 0.7 volts.
Reverse the leads and you should read an open circuit. Red to anode
side and black to the cathode is the forward conducting state.
