I,for one, hope you and Bill continue posting. A good percentage of the posts over the years have regarded how to increase performance in the DeLorean. It's interesting to see what results come from projects like this. The estimates of surviving Deloreans revolve around the figure 6,000. To expect each and every one of those 6,000 to be preserved as rolling testaments to DMC is rather unrealistic. Yes this would reduce the vaule of the car but as Bill pointed out, it's not ireversable and as an investment a car is really a poor choice anyway. We've seen DeLoreans at events over the years with various engines and modifications that get far less controversy that Bill's simple plan of switching to carburation. Some statements made by Bill, or others for that matter, I totaly disagree with but I enjoy hearing them all the same. That's what lists like this are for.
