DMA members always offer to help other owners

Some people have limited funds for parts, some don't want help, some want only specific mechanics to work on them.  Not everyone accepts the offer, but I know some people who have helped Lauren and worked on her car.

Lauren loves her car, an does what she can/when she can.   In time, she will get her car up to speed.  In the meantime she treats it well.   :)

Yeah, I thought the same thing!  I suppose the article might have had a different spin if it was done on a car that was running correctly.  No offense, Lauren --but it's *not* supposed to do that!
 
Both me and my car turn 27 this month, and we both get around quite nicely.  It just takes some work to get there.  Hey DMA guys, how about a special tech session?!
