I don't understand this one if you are there Friday night and Saturday regardless of time why can't you use the hotel unless they have sold out already and we are real close.  Stay Friday and Saturday night. go to the event. The cost is the Dinners more than the show. 

Lots of room trading real early here so its going to be tough later on
