Congratulations! I just bought mine in November and although it ran I have already racked up some experience in what to do to an old car, even though I am by no means an automotive expert. I would check every bit of rubber on the car and replace what you need to, including vacuum lines, O-rings, and belts... Check the spark plugs and wires... And clean all of the electrical grounds. After that, assuming your gaskets are okay and you have good gas and oil, you should be able to fire it up and see what happens! :-) If you don't already have them, I would buy the Workshop Manual and Parts Manual from the vendor of your choice. I got mine long before I got the car and they were (and are!) of enormous help. Good luck!
