The front springs move alot in the lower perches. If you did not position the rubber properly the spring could be moving and touching the steel of the perch. In any case some silicone spray will help with the squeaks. I also lubricate the front sway bar rubber bushings with liquid silicone so they can move easily. Also make sure when you installed the shocks you put the rubber bsuings in correctly and not too loose or not too tight.
