[DML] Re: Cold air from under the dash on passenger side.

Marc, 

Does he have heat when the temp control knob is all the way hot?
What about a working heater valve. Could it be stuck closed. 
Or is the cold air just coming from some place it shouldn't?
Usually, it is uncrontrolled heat coming from the back of the
 heater box when the foam becomes detached. Cold air would 
be unusual.
