[DML] Angle-drive (?) and new plastic cover for instrument panel.

Hello all!

As I  mentioned in my earlier post, while driving home from DMC Midwest
(thanks Dave!), I heard a ticking sound from the dashboard and then the
speedomoter instrument panel (to include odometer) went dead.  I spoke with
Dave and Shannon (thanks for calling while I was headed home man!) and both
seem to agree that my angle drive (?) is what is messed up.
I am now needing to purchase the angle drive thing...  and I also would like
to purchase a new plastic cover for the instrument panel display, so the old
one can be taken off, the instrument panel cleaned, and new one placed on.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I can purchase these
things?
