As I said I was in a hurry, but I did walk past it hoping to get the 
vin after I had talked to the Shop owner.... it was intentionally 
covered with a wash cloth.

I got the shop's information and plan on sending them my contact 
information (No e-mail address so I need to find time to call) so maybe 
the owner will contact me.
