"if you would have drove a C5 [Corvette] model you would have never bought a Delorean again." Probably few here will agree with that statement except me. When I got my red 2000 C5 roadster in early 2002 I knew I was through with DeLoreans. It is a super reliable driver's car that does 162 MPH and gets 31 MPG in the process. I drive top down any time it is not raining, down to 27 degrees. I couldn't care less what some people say about Corvette drivers because I'm having way too much fun. And with what I got out of selling Specialty Automotive and BLWNAWY I also built a '32 Ford hot rod roadster. For those of you who think that a DeLorean gets so much attention, try driving a street rod some time. I've had 7 DeLoreans and a Bricklin, and they (like Corvettes) don't begin to equal the attention a '32 Ford roadster gets constantly. All I can say is, if you aren't getting a smile on your face every time you drive your "special" car, there are lots of other choices out there that just might open your eyes to a whole new experience.
