For the procrastinators who want to find an excuse to not go don't try the "sold out" one. There are still some rooms available and if there aren't there are other hotels in the nearby area. If you do decide to go, don't waste time posting about it, get a room. Worst case you don't go and cancel the room. This far in advance you will get your money back. Many hotels allow you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the date.
