First of all if you register late you may not be able to come
The room are almost all gone and once I close registration that will be  it.
We did that in Pigeon Forge and closed the Saturday dinner so this is not  new
But if you read all the stuff on the show on the web page or the DML you  
would know that you can cancel a room up to the day before the show so there is  
no reason not to get a room.
The same goes for registration. The refund policy is very liberal and you  
can cancel up to the day before the show with a full refund. The refund policy  
is on the web page so sign up and see you there.
