Many cars have used different size wheels in the front than in the rear, at least width if not diameter. Corvette, Lotus, Porsche, Lamborghini just to name a few. On the subject of the nose-high condition, Shannon Y posted a message on the DML back in March of 2006 with a link to an image of an inter-office memo from Dick Brown addressing this issue. The link no longer works but I seem to recall that it had nothing to do with the "U.S. bumper height regulations" urban legend. I always questioned that reason because the bumper heights of the Corvettes of that period are lower than a DeLorean's.
