Taxes are based on the price of the car.  What is the "agreed" or "assumed" value of the raffle car?

Deloreans sell from $7-30k pending condition.  That makes a big difference when you pay taxes on it.

Yes if you win the car is basically free except you need to pay the taxes  
when you title it and whatever it cost you to enter.
If you do not take the car at the show you will need to get it some how  that 
is up to you
