[DML] Brake Light LED

We have found LEDs than can replace the brake lights
and if you want to be even brighter.

We have installed them in the 2015 DeLorean.

They use 1/10 the power of the equivalent incandescent bulbs.

These are very special LEDs. They draw 100 ma each.  5 times the
normal 20 ma.   We installed 10 of these in each brake light. About 1 
for each sq. in.
We could have installed more of them, but we were only trying to match 
stock
illumination.  Not exceed it.

We have pictures of a comparison of the LEDs and the incandescent
brake and parking lights at night in the car and there is was 
difference.
This was also based visual brightness measurements off a white 
background surface
at 2 feet distance, during development.

We used the same bulbs for the turn signals and back up lights.  They 
are actually brighter
than stock.   We were able to put LEDs in the section of the turn 
signals that are normal not
illuminated.  Looks much better.
