Probably the best thing to do is to contact one of the vendors. If you send a picture they can give you an estimate. If you go anywhere else you are taking your chances and may pay more than it is really worth. In any case at least you will know what it IS worth. And you know that they are capable of doing excellant work. Anywhere else and you may not get the results you are expecting. If you do go with local talent try to get a shop that does a lot of custom commercial kitchen work. They would be accustomed to working with S/S in the gauges used on a Delorean and would have the tools necessary. Depending on where on the hood the damage is you may have to cut the fiberglass to reach it. That would nessitate repairing the fiberglass too. That may mean taking the hood to a body shop for that.
