The things that wear a car out are mileage (use) and age. We cannot control aging but we CAN affect mileage. Put two cars together in exactly equal condition, one has 1,000 miles on it and one has 10,000. Which is worth more? Of course mileage has something to do with value! The only argument there can be is how much it affects the value in a particular case.
