Speedometer magnet is set up for clockwise rotation. You'd need an intermediate gear to change cable rotation. Otherwise it "could" be done. A lot of engineering however. You'd probably need to swap spindles (I doubt the passenger side is hollow). Cable would be longer, but no longer than a full size domestic. Some of the bends might get you into trouble though (unless you mounted the angle drive upside down on the passenger wheel and ran the cable in a giant U around the front of the car). I really don't think all that work is the best solution. If screw gears are directional, perhaps Houston could make their next angle drive backwards, then add a third gear somewhere to get cable rotation clockwise again (in a replacement Lambda box perhaps?).
