I'd set it on a flat surface with the lenses up and put it out in the sun for a while. My guess is the original warping was caused by heat, and you can use heat to "warp" it back into shape. I dunno about "common" ... but just to give an example, it would appear that a previous owner of my car had the fascia off for long enough for it to "sag" in the middle -- enough so that the right lenses appear to be pointing up a bit. Evidently the material's pretty pliable! I hope putting in all the missing screws will fix my problem, but mine is vertical whereas yours is horizontal. Okay, that probably wasn't any help at all.
